Hurricane Patricia was not a category five storm. There would have been hundreds of deaths in Mexico if it had been. I have not heard any reports of deaths in Mexico or Texas.
It was a tropical storm that had a lot of moisture pumped into it over a vast region. The US Navy and Air Force accelerated surface evaporation with microwave and scalar
beams hitting a new piece of aetheric ice sitting on the eastern Pacific off the coast of
Mexico. The water was warm but not any hotter than the Atlantic where there have been
few hurricanes over the past five years. There have been few pieces of aetheric ice in the
Atlantic since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Most have fallen onto the western Pacific accounting for the massive storms that have hit the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan and China.
The "River in the Sky" event which deluged South Carolina a few weeks ago was due to
the Navy hitting a small piece of aetheric ice near the Bahamas. There was no hurricane to
boost, so they hit the Bahamas for over a week creating a broad wet low pressure system
which created a river in the sky touching land over South Carolina. That river in the sky extended to Europe while it was still raining in South Carolina. It was a massive effort
by the US Navy.
Hurricane Patricia was also part of a River in the Sky project starting about a week before Tropical Storm Patricia wandered into the section of the Pacific being radiated by microwaves
and scalar beams. Texas was getting rain before Patricia hit Mexico. It was raining in Washington
DC before Patricia made landfall. The river in the sky was well established before Patricia came.
Videos show gale force winds hitting the Mexican coast. The palm trees were bending but not loosing their leaves. In the same video the sun can be seen through the storm. The storm was
not thick enough to darken the sky. When Patricia was over central Mexico a satellite photo
also showed thin clouds as the Sierra Madre could be seen through the clouds. It was not a typical
The Navy could do California a great service by hitting the aetheric ice off the coast and creating a
few inches of rain every week for the parched west coast. They have the technology. They do not have to
create disasters. They do not have to create floods like South Carolina and Texas. Blessings of rain
not torrents. That would be good.
