I like Montalk. I find his material fascinating and very insightful.
He's about 23 years old and still attends university as far as I know. I'll
write my own intro notes about him in the near future, but for now, you can
read his brief autobiography below taken from his web site, http://www.montalk.net
Montalk on Montalk
Who
is Montalk?
Born in 1980, Montalk studies science and engineering at an American university
in hope of replicating suppressed scientific devices by further developing
their function with the help of modern technology. Once he finds a reliable
device, he will inconspicuosly plan to distribute either the knowledge of
the devices or the inventions themselves. However, he is aware of the obstacles
in doing so created by energy companies whose vested interests demand they
suppress all who threaten their technological monopoly. Also, the next few
years look bleak considering doomsday is at hand, meaning that Montalk may
have to put off his scientific research and plan to help himself and others
survive the coming global holocaust or create their escapes onto alternate
timelines via manifestation of intent.
How much does he really know?
When it comes to suppressed knowledge, his
breadth is larger than his depth of knowledge. Perhaps not specific
information such as names, dates and other facts often trivial to history
yet, but rather principles, patterns, and invariant characteristics of truth
extracted by comparing one set of hypotheses to another. Rather than following
the scientific method by which all is doubted until it can be doubted no more,
Montalk initially accepts all unless it can be doubted by one undoubtable
fact over another, using the negative proof as validation. One may propose
something seemingly logical, or illogical, but if it can be doubted by a previously
undoubted fact, then that statement is either rejected or modified. He's fickle
only to the truth...what's the big deal about changing one's mind rapidly
to conform to new info as it comes?Montalk defies this
trap of academic tunnel-vision through his philosophy of truth evaluation.
It's better to go out on a limb and fall than progress so slowly that the
goal is beyond one's grave.
Why does Montalk shift between 1st and 3rd person?
It depends on whether the article is formal or informal.
What does Montalk do for fun?
Montalk does no substance abuse, attempts to stay away from: msg, fluoride,
alcohol, drugs, chemtrails, OTC drugs, sodium nitrite, hydrogenated oils, liberals,
and impudent strumpets. Of course, some of these are unavoidable, so he does
the best he can. Too many kids are dumbed down by environmental and biological
factors -- Montalk knows for he's seen it in his own family and within himself.
But not fighting means giving in, which is antithetical to his personality.
